Meet Leann

Leann is a lifelong Republican, a staunch supporter of the Constitution, a native Floridian, and a follower of Christ. She has spent nearly 30 years in the banking industry, developing lending product strategy and securities expertise.

For the past four years, Leann has served on the County Commission representing District 4, Flagler County’s rural and agricultural district. The greatest part of serving her constituents, she says, is knowing they are part of a strong community with deep roots, a love of America, and a commitment to patriotism, family values, and keeping Flagler beautiful.

Leann is proud to represent not only District 4, but all Flagler County residents who cherish their community and want to preserve its friendly, rural character.

When she is not working, Leann enjoys spending time with her son and her dogs. She dedicates this campaign to her late husband, Clinton, who passed away in 2025. He encouraged her to serve her community, and she remains forever grateful for his love and support.
